Stealing is not good for you

stealing

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3)

A child of God does not need to steal from people in order to survive. From the scripture above, every child of God has the ability to create wealth and live fulfilled lives on this earth. Indeed, stealing is not good for you.

Several reasons may exist to explain why people steal in order to survive. No matter how sound these arguments may be, it does not justify stealing.

When you steal, you are indirectly downgrading yourself. You are telling the world that you are not capable of working with your hands to create wealth for yourself. You are telling the world that you are a non entity. You are telling the world that, all what the Bible is saying about your abilities in Christ is a lie.

With this attitude of stealing, you are poisoning your spirit, soul and body. With this poisoning, you may even shorten your life on this earth.

There are no benefits in stealing what belongs to other people. The so called ‘benefits’ will not last long. The victims of theft will continue to prosper and the reverse is what will happen to you because one will always reap what he or she sows (Galatians 6:7).

Many opportunities are out there looking for prepared vessels. Develop yourself and create wealth for yourself and people around you.

Consider free education in Europe

freetuition

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…. (Hosea 4:6).

To continue your progress in this life sometimes requires that you improve your academic background. Improving your academic background is one of the ways to increase your economic power. Why don’t you consider free education in Europe?

In some countries in Europe, you can improve your academic knowledge without paying tuition. You only need to cover your living expenses and you are on your way to improvement of your life.

However, to make this possible requires diligence and internet search to get the right information to work with. Why don’t you start right now by going online. Sometimes, the source of your wealth will be your academic qualification. God bless you.

WEALTH DOES NOT CHANGE CHARACTER BUT MAGNIFIES IT!

ID-100190290

A story is told of a child of God who was jobless for several years after completion of university. During the time of joblessness, he never missed church services on any day! His consistent presence in church services became so conspicuous that at some point, he was called an assistant pastor by some people in the church.

With time, this brother got married to a lady in the church but was still jobless. His wife had a job and being very submissive and supportive to her husband, she was helping the family with her income and also assisted her husband to engage in some petty trading.  Fortunately for this brother, he got a job with a petroleum company. This job changed his life overnight because he was earning fat salary and other benefits.

Soon, a once committed church member started giving many excuses for not turning up for church services. He missed church services several times and finally stopped attending church. He divorced his wife on the premise that the lady was not his heart desire but had to marry her for convenience. This brother remarried a colleague petroleum expert stationed in another location. A once devoted Christian became a womanizer who had new friends and regularly went to parties. Unfortunately, this brother had a fatal accident when he was returning from a party which closed at dawn. Since he was the one driving, he died together with a friend who was also sitting in front.

The above story is a typical example of what wealth can do to a child of God if not handled well. Fire is used for cooking sumptuous dishes but this same fire can be very destructive. The  temptation to say good bye to God when He has blessed us with wealth will always appear in our thought. How we handle that temptation determines whether we will continue to be in the faith or not. It will also determine the future blessings that will come our way. If God is able to trust you with little, He can also trust you with much. Wealth should not draw us away from God but rather it should strengthen our relationship with Him. I have come across several wealthy Christians who have invested part of their wealth in the propagation of the gospel of Christ and have been consistent in their walk with God.

SERVICE TO MANKIND LEADS TO GREATNESS!

ID-100209679

Our heavenly Father is always happy to see His children help each other on this earth. Interestingly, the service(s) we offer to our fellow men is the source of greatness or wealth! Stated in another way, the secret behind the attainment of greatness or wealth generation is providing service(s) to our fellow men.

Matthew 25: 35, 40 states that “For I was hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:…. then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?…… and the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me”. The direct service(s) we offer to our fellow men are the service(s) we offer to God indirectly. We may or may not charge some fees for offering those service(s) depending on several factors, however, whichever among the two definitely comes with reward from our heavenly Father.

The Bible also says in Acts 20: 35 that “….it is more blessed to give than to receive”.  This statement is a profound truth. Can you imagine how the world would be like if everybody tries to provide service(s) to each other? Several benefits would have resulted. For instance, competition would have increased in all the service and manufacturing sectors resulting in premium quality provision. Secondly, unemployment would have been almost zero if not zero because most people in the world would have been gainfully employed. Thirdly, all of us would have been making some good income.

The quality of service(s) you provide to fellow men is a function of the wealth that you can generate. Mention can be made of Bill Gate’s invention of softwares which have solved several problems of mankind and in effect transformed the lives of people including the manufacturer. Nelson Mandela became famous because of the service he provided to the people of South Africa. Being a waiter in a coffee shop is equally great service to mankind. The service(s) we provide irrespective of the ‘magnitude’ as perceived by men must emanate from our hearts because that is what makes the difference in generating wealth. I have come across many people providing service(s) perceived by some others as irrelevant but have generated enormous wealth.

I conclude with Mark 10; 43-44 “But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all”. To be great and generate wealth, one has to become the chief servant; in other words, provide quality service(s) based on the area or sector of your conviction. Demand for your service(s) will grow after you have delivered quality service(s).
